Primary 1 :

1. The child should be 6 years old and above by 31st August.

2. Copy of Birth Certificate

3. Copy of Family Card

4. Copy of Parents ID

5. Child photos 3 X 4 (blue background) = 2 pcs

6. Parents/ Guardian photos (blue background) = 2 pcs

7. Copy of Preschool Certificate (if any)

8. Copy of Passport & KITAS (foreign student/s only).

9. Personal Data issued by School to be accomplished in duplicate copies.

Admission to other grade levels

 

1. Acceptance of pupil transferees from other schools to grades 1 to 5 depends on the       vacancy / vacancies in these levels.

2. The school does not accept pupil transferees to grade 6 and SMP3.

3. Grade 2 to 5 : An average of at least  80%

4. Conduct deportment of at least “S” or Satisfactory

5. Report Card from previous school

6. Copy of Birth Certificate

Enrolment of old pupils

            The enrolment period of old pupils for the new school  year is determined by the Registrar’s             office.

 

Admission of Primary 6 graduates to Grade 7

            Requirements:

1. Report card

2. Final average of 80%

3. ID picture of

4. Recommendation from the grade school principal

5. Copy of “Ijazah” and “SKHUN”.
